Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, has spoken highly of the patriarch of the Tidi family, Prince Churchill Owamiyemi Oki, JP, as regards the Octogenarian’s contribution towards the growth of education, describing Prince Oki as a complete book with 80 chapters.
Dr. Tidi, in a thought-provoking 80th Birthday felicitation made available to Fresh Angle International this morning, Friday July 22, stated: “Prince Churchill Owamiyemi Oki, JP, patriarch of the Tidi family, is an enigmatic statesman. His contributions to primary and basic education in terms of endowment of professional chairs, provision of extramural classes on pro bono basis, for our local community are well documented. He remains a living example that qualitative education is not only necessary, it is possible.
