Second - term Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael E. Tidi, has felicitated with the Managing Director of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Bashorun Askia Ogieh, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, Monday September 12, describing Bashorun Ogieh as an astute administrator and dedicated party man.
In a goodwill message, Dr. Tidi, prayed God to continually endow Bashorun Ogieh with uncommon wisdom and knowledge, in the service of humanity as a whole and the resolve to sustain the strategic development of Peoples Democratic Party across the country.
