This is to inform members of the public, particularly those trading along the road, top of drainages, under high tension cables, operators of tricycle workshops along the road, owners of unauthorized car shops, mechanic workshops as well as car wash to remove them on or before September 30, 2015 or face severe sanction.
The notice also affects companies, individuals, organizations or institutions that place bill boards/sign boards on Round-About, median of major roads and other unauthorized places in Warri, while all those dumping refuse along the roads are also warned to desist forthwith.
From Monday October 5, 2015, Officials of Warri South Local Government Council Environment Department will swing into action to deal with all offenders.
