His performance in the past 4 years, has been sterling and highly unprecedented. These past four years, the good people of Warri Federal Constituency, have been filled with utmost joy.

*Bills:* *Future Of Warri Development*
1: A Bill for an Act to establish Federal Polytechnic, Koko. This Bill is an inherited Bill and has been passed by the House.
2: A Bill for an Act to establish the Federal Medical Center, Koko. This Bill has passed Second Reading and referred to the House Committee on Health for consideration.
3: A Bill for an Act to establish the Federal Institute of Fisheries Research, Ogidigben. Passed Second Reading, now in the Committee Stage.
4: A Bill for an Act to establish Federal College of Nursing and Midwifery, Abigborodo, First Reading.
*Motions:* *Democratization*
1. Need to investigate the continuous delay in constructing the Gas Revolution Industrial Park Project, GRIP, Ogidigben and the Deep-Sea Port at Gbaramatu.
2: Urgent need to investigate the termination of the employment of over 300 casual staff of Warri Refining and Petro-chemical Company, WRPC.
3: Call to discourage the arming of personnel of the Federal Fire Service.
4: Urgent need to rescue constrained communities of Ugborodo, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta state from ravaging ocean surge.
5: Need to establish fire stations in communities hosting Tank Farms in Nigeria.
6: Need to revisit the dredging of Escravos Bank of the Warri, Koko and Sapele Ports.
*Empowerments:* *Recognizing The People that Matter*
1: A two-day free Google training for over 300 youths in Warri.
2: Supply of 47 tricycles.
3: Supply of six (6) big boats with 40 horsepower Yamaha engine.
4: Supply of thirteen (13) small boats with 15 Yamaha engine
5: Supply of 20 sewing machines.
6: Empowerment grant for over 130 women in Warri Federal Constituency, under poverty alleviation scheme.
7. Entrepreneurship training and empowerment for youth and women in baking of cake and pastries, held in Koko.
8: Training and grant to youths and women in fish farming, held in Koko.
9: Vocational training programme and empowerment materials (A) for Warri Federal Constituency, held in Warri.
10: Training and empowerment of constituents on paint production and facial make-over as well as Gele tying, held in Warri.
11: Vocational training programme and empowerment materials (B) for Warri Federal Constituency, held in Warri.

4. Renovation of 2 blocks of 3 classrooms each and provision of classroom furniture in Ubeji Grammar School. Warri.
5: Renovation of one block of 3 classrooms and provision of classroom furniture in Egbokodo Grammar School, Egbokodo.
6: Renovation of two blocks of 3 classrooms each and provision of classroom furniture in Uwangue College, Warri.
7: Renovation of one block of 3 classrooms each and provision of classrooms furniture in Iwere College, Koko.
8: Free yearly enrollment of students for secondary school certificate examination.
