2023: Our own and their own, is not same - Emami tells Benin River Itsekiris

  The Ologbotsere of Warri Kingdom and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Ayirimi Emami, has told Itsekiris in the Benin River axis of Warri North Local Government Area, Delta state, to vote for the APC Presidential Candidate in the February 25, 2023 polls, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, saying, "  our own and their own, is not the same. "                                  

Chief Emami,, who spoke in Itsekiri language, made the call Thursday December 15 at Gbokoda Ward 2 in Warri North Local Government Area, when he, alongside Delta State APC Governorship Candidate for next year election, Senator Ovie Omo - Agege, other members of APC Campaign Council in the state, including former Executive  Director of Projects in NDDC, Engr. Tuoyo Omatsuli and Prince Yemi Emiko' took APC campaign to the Itsekiri riverine community.    

Whilst also stressing the need for  Itsekiris in the riverine communities to vote for Senator Ovie Omo - Agege as next governor of Delta state, to avoid a situation where the state would be in opposition to the federal government, Chief Emami, averred: " The incoming President, is our in-law, his wife is Udefi. I am here, Prince Yemi Emiko' and Engr. Tuoyo Omatsuli are here, nobody can be more Itsekiris than us.                      

" Okowa has been there, yet he didn't do any road here. Tuoyo did this road while he was in NDDC, what brought Tuoyo, myself and Prince Yemi Emiko' here, is for the good of Itsekiri. "
