Nine out of ten youths from Delta State who underwent a seven-month training programme in cinematography, fashion design, catering services and hair dressing courtesy of the Rotary Club of Warri will today, Tuesday March 15 receive starter-packs valued at several millions of naira.
According to a statement released by Senior Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Special Duties and President of Rotary Club of Warri, District 9140, Rotarian Griftson Timeyin Omatsuli,10 youths were trained under the youths entrepreneurship skill programme for 2015/2016 Rotary Year in line with the state government's S.M.A.R.T agenda.
He noted that the programme will go a long way to expand the federal government's diversification agenda from over-dependence on oil and gas as the Nation's mainstay.
The Statement made available exclusively to Fresh Angle International reveals that the ceremony billed for this evening in Warri will see the nine successful trainees going home with items such as video cameras, tripod stands, oven and gas cookers, shelving dishes, sewing and weaving machines, standing as well as hand dryers, blenders and several other valuable items.

The Rotary Club of Warri only recently distributed over 1,000 science notebooks to Esi College and Charity Group of School, both in Warri to support the development of education in the area.
