My reign will attract development, peace, unity among all Gbaramatu people, New Monarch assures
The newly crowned King of Gbaramatu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Williams Naira Ogoba, Oboro Gbaraun III


The Newly crowned King of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area in Delta State, His Royal Majesty, Williams Naira Ogoba, Oboro Gbaraun III has assured his subjects that he will attract development, peace and unity among all Gbaramatu indigenes irrespective of their gender and status.

The Pere made the promise Tuesday March 15 at his Palace in Oporoza, Warri South-West Local Government Area.

Our Senior Correspondent who was at Oporoza Traditional Headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom reports that the Monarch shortly after his crowing enjoined his subjects to live together as one in order to attract meaningful development to Gbaramatu Kingdom.

The Tunteriwei of Gbaramatu kingdom, Chief Thomas Lawei who crowned the Pere advised the Monarch to carry everyone along and rule with the fear of God.

Also speaking, the Ologbo of Gbaramatu Kingdom and spokesman, Chief Alfred Bubor explained that Pere Naira Williams Ogoba is from Oboro Ruling House in Benekrukru Community in Gbaramatu Kingdom and prayed God to give the Monarch wisdom to rule the people.

Chief Godspower Gbenekama who spoke  to journalists after the crowning of the Monarch disclosed that the crowning of the new Pere of Gbaramatu is a sign to show to the whole world that Gbaramatu people are peace loving. He noted that the selection process of the Monarch was not influenced by anyone, rather was transparent and divinely chosen.

In a brief chat with the Chairman of Kokodiagbene Community, Sheriff Mulade, he advised the Monarch to rule with the fear of God and appeal to all Gbaramatu sons and daughters both home and abroad to support Pere Ogoba to succeed on the throne.
