College of Education, Warri, COEWA Governing Council, has congratulated Delta State Governor-Elect, Rt. Hon. Sherriff Francis Oborevwori, saying he is a God-fearing man, who has the capacity to deliver the dividends of democracy.
The position of the COEWA Governing Council, was contained in a goodwill message syndicated to Fresh Angle International, this afternoon, Thursday March 23.
The Governing Council led by Chief V.O.T Abanum, while rejoicing with the Delta State Governor-Elect, Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his victory at the polls, stated: “The victory is well-deserved and would lead to the continuation of the good legacies of the current administration.”
