The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has disclosed plans to unveil a Game-Changing Partnership Initiatives.
The partnership initiative, would be unveiled Tuesday April 25 during the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Summit, billed to hold at the prestigious Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos.
