The African Development Bank, AfDB, is to invest the EUR 5.5 million Italy just contributed to it on youths across the continent.
President of African Development Bank, Akinwumi Adesina, dropped the hint in a tweet few minutes ago.
According to Adesina, the money will be expended on the upgrade of skills and entrepreneurship of the youths, as part of measures to enhance prosperity in the continent.
"Thanks to Italy for EUR 5.5 million contribution to '@AfDB_Group' Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Multi-Donor Trust Fund. We will invest in Africa’s youth, upgrade their skills and entrepreneurship to thrive and prosper in Africa", Adesina, tweeted.
