The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has announced plans to create 1,000 jobs for youths in each of the Niger Delta states.
This hint, was extracted by Fresh Angle International, from a terse post in the NDDC Twitter handle this morning, Wednesday July 12.
The initiative, would be christened " HOPE."
According to the unsigned post, HOPE, which stands for Holistic Opportunity Projects of Engagement, is aimed at creating the jobs through strategic partnerships and skill development.
