Senate President Bukola Saraki, his Deputy, Ike Ekweremadu , Maikasuwa, former Clerk of the National Assembly and Benedict Efeturi, Deputy Clerk of the National Assembly have been granted bail.
They were granted bail today by a Federal High Court in Abuja after pleading ‘not guilty’ to the alleged forgery of Senate rules.
The bail conditions are: all four accused must have landed property in Maitama, Asokoro, Wuse 2 to be used as surety or be remanded in Kuje.
