Residents of Warri in the early hours of this morning, defied the restriction of movement order by the Delta State Government.
Despite the order by the state government that people should not move, except those writing examinations, commercial buses and tricycles were seen at about 7:35 am along the NPA Expressway, carrying passengers, even as ticket boys were sighted collecting revenue from truck owners.
