Mobile policemen and soldiers at about 8:00 am today, prevented the crew of Fresh Angle International Newspaper, from entering Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri, where Delta State Independent Electoral Commission, DSIEC office is situated.
Despite explanations by the Fresh Angle International Newspaper crew, the security men insisted that the media can only be allowed to do coverage when the election materials leave the distribution centre.
