The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE Warri South chapter, says it looks forward to a progressive working relationship with the new Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Mr. Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro.
The union in a statement released today, Monday July 15 , by its Chairman, Comrade Raymond Emiko, felicitated Mr. Agbateyiniro, his Vice, Hon. Kingsley Edafiajebre and the 20 councilors on their victory at the poll.
According to Comrade Emiko, the experience of Mr. Agbateyiniro as former member of the state executive council and legistive background of Hon. Edafiajebre, would ensure efficient grassroots governance and mutually beneficial executive - legistive relationship.
Whilst assuring the new Warri South Local Government Boss that staffers of the Council will work in sync with his policy objectives, Comrade Emiko, expressed optimism that the incoming Warri South Council Legislative Arm, will initiate pieces of legislation that would fast - track people - driven governance at the grassroots.
