The Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area, Barr. Jaro Egbo, has announced the dissolution of revenue committees in the Council area.
The Local Government Boss, in a statement released Tuesday, July 23, noted that the dissolution was done after a meeting with leadership of the various committees.
The statement, which was e - signed by the Assistant Director of Information, Ughelli North Local Government Council, Inana O. Anna (Mrs) on behalf of the Council Boss, averred that the dissolution takes immediate effect.
Whilst stressing that business owners and other residents of Ughelli North who are yet to meet their revenue obligation for the year 2024, should pay directly to the Council's treasury, Barr. Egbo thanked members of the dissolved committees for contributing towards the development of Ughelli North Local Government Area.
