Dominican University, Ibadan, DUI, has congratulated Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, on her appointment as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, saying, she will bring immense value to the office in terms of advancing Nigeria's interests on the global stage and fostering stronger international partnerships.
