A community based campaign against drug and substance abuse, cultism, gender based violence and its related vices, will be launched in Warri, Delta State, Saturday November 8.

Fresh Angle International understands that the event slated for 11:00 am at the Police ' A' Division, Warri, is expected to bring stakeholders together to halt the renewed cult clashes in parts of Warri as well as incidence of drug and substance abuse, particularly among youths.

Clashes among rival cult groups in the Odion and Iyara axis of Warri, have claimed no fewer than two lives in recent weeks.

Organisers of the upcoming one - day jaw - jaw, posited that crime can affect anyone, regardless of age, tribe, gender or status, hence the need for collective efforts of stakeholders to evolve a community based strategy to address crime headlong.
