Delta State Government and Warri South Local Government Council, say the 220 hours of teaching Literature in English, tagged: “Warri Global Records” which was successfully concluded in Warri, Delta State, 8.00pm Nigerian time, Wednesday December 17, wasn’t a joke, but sheer determination.
Delta State Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu, while speaking in Warri, Thursday December 18, during the closing ceremony of the 10-day Teach-A-Thon, commended the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, for supporting Omajuwa Chris Simeon Ajuwa (The God of Literature) in his quest at becoming the first individual to teach Literature in English for 220 hours.
The Commissioner, who was represented by the Chief Inspector of Education, Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Samson Ugbejeh, stated that Comr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, deserves award as one of the best Local Government Chairmen in the state, for his hard-work, just as she gave plaudits to Warri South Council Supervisor for Human Capital Development, Princess (Mrs.) Misan Eke.

Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, thanked Omajuwa Chris Simeon Ajuwa for making Warri South, Delta State and Nigeria proud, saying people would also make him proud for making the country proud, with the 220 hours milestone he attained.
Warri South Council Supervisor for Human Capital Development, Princess (Mrs.) Misan Eke, who represented the Warri South Local Government Boss, spoke in her capacity: “The 10 days was amazing, God was faithful and showed Himself in various ways.
“I asked him as Supervisor in the Council, if he thought he could do it, but he showed determination. With determination, we can achieve our goals.
“Chairman is extremely happy, he's proud of you, his administration is fully behind you.”
Flanked by Dr. Ugbejeh, Chief Butler Igbigbi, Comr. Destiny Noritsegho, Rev. Timothy Arhiphrure, Princess Eke, presented the Warri Global Records certificate to Omajuwa Chris Simeon Ajuwa.
In his response, Ajuwa, asserted: “Thanks to God Almighty for this big achievement, thanks to the Chairman (Comr. Agbateyiniro) he never turned me down. Even when my calls disturbed Misan Eke, she always listened.”

Whilst appreciating the encouragement of the Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Warri South Chapter, Comr. Destiny Noritsegho, Comr. Tuoyo Eboma and his wife, Barr. (Mrs.) Blessing Ajuwa, ‘The God of Literature’, revealed: “My team defied all the mosquito bites and tough environment.
