Former Secretary of OML150 Communities’ Consultative Forum, Mr. Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone, says The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, has spelt out the difference between OML 150 Communities’ Consultative Forum and Section 257 (2) of the PIA, which stipulates that Oil and Gas Companies should remit three percent (3%) of their annual operational expenditure to host communities.

According to Aginejuone, the Warri Monarch, told critical stakeholders, during a meeting held at the Olu Palace, Warri, Tuesday February 3 that while the PIA, talks about 3% annual operational expenditure to host communities, OML150 Communities’ Consultative Forum, is about employment and contracts for people of the host communities.
