Media Practitioner and opinion leader from Ofuoma oil producing community, Afiesere oilfield in OML30, Delta State, Mr. Chris Eriyamremu has assured the host communities in OML30 to maintain good and business friendly relationship with Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited.

Eriyamremu gave the assurance in a press statement Thursday August 3 in Warri, Delta State, expressing confidence that the host communities and various stakeholders in Oil Mining Lease OML30, are willing to give total supports and cooperation to Heritage Operational Services Limited to sustain its operations and production effectively.

According to him, “it’s necessary we give our support to Heritage Operational Services Limited, because it is expected the company reciprocate same by providing employments, engagement of indigenous contractors, adequate funding for the OML30 Global Memorandum of Understanding, GMoU to execute meaningful human capital and infrastructural developmental projects  across host communities, this can only be possible when there is a cordial relationship between Heritage and host communities, which I had emphasized  in my previous publications.

I am so pleased by the statement made by Mrs. Celine Loade, GM Corporate/External Affairs, two weeks ago at a meeting with the leadership of the 111 host communities in Warri, that Heritage is considering a sustainable and laudable Corporate Social Responsibility program to improve lives and host communities in OML30”.

Eriyamremu noted further, “the word of God said if two can agree it is possible, dialogue is the key, Heritage should be sincere in handling community issues, the host communities will also provide the enabling environment for its operations and production”.
