Why I blocked revenue leakages in Udu-Chairman

Chairman of Udu Local Government Area in Delta State, Chief Solomon Kpoma says his administration blocked possible revenue leakages within the council to enhance ease of doing business in the area as well as ensure prudent management of the local government resources in-line with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s SMART agenda.

Chief Kpoma who gave the explanation Monday August 7 at the Udu Local Government Council Secretariat when he played host to members of Ndigbo Political Forum Udu Chapter, described the Igbos as the symbol of unity among ethnic groups in Nigeria.

According to him, Igbos develop wherever they reside and “are catalyst of development in the country”.

He assured members of Ndigbo Political Forum, NPF of absolute support in their quest, to return Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in the 2019 polls.

Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Non indigenes’ Affairs, Nze Francis Onuora who led the NPF delegation, praised the transparent policy of the Udu Council Boss and commended him for the love as well as support he shows to Igbos living in Udu Local Government Area.

While noting that he came to introduce members of Udu Chapter of Ndigbo Political Forum to Chief Kpoma, Nze Onuora appealed to the Udu Council Boss to carry Igbos along in the resolve to develop the Local Government Area.

Our Senior Correspondent reports that the Chairman of NPF Udu Chapter, Rev. John Casmir promised that they will work with Chief Kpoma and Nze Onuora to ensure total victory for Governor Okowa and other PDP candidates in the forthcoming elections.
