The President of National Coalition of Niger Delta Ex-Agitators, NCNDE-A, Eshanekpe Israel, a.k.a Akpodoro has taunted the leader of 'OurMumuDonDo' Charles Oputa, a.k.a Chaly Boy, over what he described as failed attempt to embarrass the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, noting that the ace musician was acting the script of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP which he said ended in a show of shame.
He described Charly Boy as a poor actor who couldn't act a simple script of slumping to embarrass a government, asking him to go learn from Nollywood how well to dramatize.
The Ex-militant leader stated this in Abuja in a chat with newsmen on the backdrop of the reported slumping down of Charly Boy at the Fountain Park where the group led by him converged to protest the long absence of President Buhari who is currently in the UK on medical vacation for more than 90 days.
The pro-Buhari ex-warlord said Charly boy led his fellow foot soldiers of corruption to mock nature in their ill conceived protest aimed at attacking the war on corruption adding that the billions of both local foreign currencies discovered to have been stolen by an official of the immediate past administration didn't make sense to Charly Boy who is fondly called area father by his admirers but a President who rightfully transmitted power to his deputy as required by the constitution questioning the rationale behind such “madness.”
According to the no nonsense ex-militant leader, the PDP and its foot soldiers have nothing to offer Nigerians more than comic relief like the “poor drama put up by Charly Boy who feigned slump at the protest ground”, adding that no Nigerian of goodwill will queue behind a party he described as nest of thieves as he called on Nigerians to be wary of the umbrella party adding that since the party was voted out of power in 2015 by Nigerians it never wished the country well because of the huge success the All Progressives Congress, APC, has achieved in virtually all facets of “our national life.”
He said the PDP has vowed that Nigeria must go down with it wondering why a party will be associated with all negatives against an administration he noted was trying to give the citizenry a new lease of life devoid of criminal corruption.
In the same vein, Akpodoro called on leaders of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB to stop stoking trouble and heating up the polity noting that no one is more Nigerian than the other as he called on Arewa Youth to avoid what he described as incendiary comments capable of igniting crises saying the security agencies should brace up for the current security challenges arising from hate speeches by people he called enemies of Nigeria. “They should be hounded behind the bars because as a people we cannot allow ourselves to be dragged years back by disgruntled elements whose means of livelihood is crises. Most of them have corruption cases in courts and they think plunging the nation into war is the only way they can escape justice.”
As the PDP regroup, Akpodoro said the party has sinister motives which includes inciting the youth of the nation against the current administration so that it will achieve its illusion of returning to power but added that such return only exist in the imagination of the leaders of the party saying Nigerians know that the worst APC is better than the best PDP describing it as the most satanic party in Africa.
The Urhobo born who doubles as the national Coordinator of Urhobo Youth Forum for Change, UYFC, called on well meaning Nigerians not to relent in their prayers for the ailing President, his family and the nation while he urged the Acting President to engage the youth of the Niger Delta region in dialogue to find a lasting solution for peace and harmony one of such dialogue he said must include immediate payment of the allowances of the ex-militants owed by the Amnesty Office.
Additionally, he stated that the Professor Yemi Osibajo led team should balance its dialogue between the pro and anti Buhari elements in the region decrying the idea of unconsciously encouraging brigandage in the region by holding talks with only those he described as reprobates and reactionary forces in region. “While talking with recalcitrant the FG should as well engage those who stand against evil of any kind in the Delta.”
He further stressed that, owing ex-militants their stipends could be very dangerous because the lives of most beneficiaries depends on their monthly stipends, adding that they are losing counts of the number of months owed them by the FG.
