Kogi Speaker denies barring journalists from covering House Sitting
Prince Mathew Kolawole

Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Prince Mathew Kolawole has denied media reports that he barred Journalists from covering the House Sitting on Thursday August 24.

Our Kogi State Correspondent reports that Prince Kolawole described the report as mere fallacy.

The Speaker who spoke through his Chief Press Secretary, Femi Olugbemi noted that it was also untrue that the State Officials summoned to appear before the House shunned the invitation as reported.

He added that the State House of Assembly remains united and focused in the task of making laws for good governance in Kogi State.
