The Deputy Director, Youth, Child Abuse and Human Trafficking in the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Mrs. Pamela Harkson has likened her effort to ensure that the Civil Awareness and Economic Empowerment Initiative, CAEI stand in Delta State to the sufferings Jesus Christ went through when he died on the cross and resurrected.
 
Mrs. Harkson made the declaration at Ugbuwangue, Warri South local government during the formal opening of CAEI office in Warri, Delta State.
 
She stressed that CAEI is a credible organization working towards eradicating poverty in all the 36 states in Nigeria as well as the federal capital territory, Abuja.
Mrs. Harkson who also doubles as the Deputy Director CAEI, Delta State insisted that CAEI is poised to empower 5,000 persons in each of the 25 local government areas in Delta State as well as ensure that 5, 000 youths in the state are employed by it.
 
According to her, CAEI have more than 30 different packages to empower people in the state, even as she noted that it is not a political organization.
 
The Warri South local government coordinator of CAEI, Mrs. Comfort Ibiabor in a brief address thanked members of CAEI and those of her executive for their effort as well as co-operation in consolidating the organization in the area.
 
She enjoined members of CAEI in Warri South local government to remain steadfast and committed in her bid to ensure that people of Warri South local government area benefit from CAEI empowerment.
 
Our Correspondent reports that ward coordinators in the area such as Besidone Ebule and Ese Tsolaye Reden were among CAEI Officials that graced the opening of the Warri South Office of the organization.
