In continuation of the new wave of extra judicial killing ofsuspected thieves, 2 burglars were on Sunday October 23 set ablaze at Egbokodoin Warri South local government area of Delta State over an attempt to breakinto an apartment. According to an eyewitness, the incident occurred at about12noon.
Fresh Angle gathered that theburglars had already broken into the apartment of their victim when some of thecommunity youths apprehended them and they were immediately set ablaze. Thesuspects had earlier confessed to have come from Otokutu in Udu localgovernment area to carry out their criminal act. Incidences of burglary had forsome time died in the twin communities of Ubeji and Egbokodo, but recentfeelers indicate that a new wave of burglary appears to be rearing its uglyhead.
