PDP has been winning Igbudu Ward, Warri since 1999, Medical Practitioner, Akoda stresses as he congratulates Okowa

The Medical Director, New Era Clinic, Warri, Dr. John Akoda has congratulated the Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, over his re-election, saying since 1999, PDP has been winning Igbudu Ward in Warri South Local Government Area.

He appealed to Dr. Okowa to as a matter of urgency, build a skill acquisition centre in Igbudu Community, to encourage both women and youths to acquire skill with a view to adding value to the state economy.

While disclosing that he has been offering free medicare, covering checkup, maternal care and free delivery for pregnant women in support of the state government’s SMART agenda, through his New Era Clinic, Dr. Akoda noted that the programme which will run from 2019 to 2023, will take care of people of unit 16, ward 9, in Igbudu area.

Our Senior Correspondent reports that New Era Clinic is also offering Medical Grade Water designed from United States of America, USA, free to all unit 16 voters, which ordinarily costs five hundred naira for 4 litres.

The clinic equally provides free surgery for people of unit 16 with 40 percent discount as well as provide free transportation for voters and other logistics during elections, irrespective of political party affiliations.

The Medical Practitioner commended Chief Joseph Otumara for his dogged effort in providing security and for making PDP win landslide in Igbudu Ward, describing Chief Otumara as the “mover and shaker that Jesus uses to sustain PDP in Warri”.

The medic cum PDP Chieftain, appealed to Dr. Okowa to construct Emma-Gbetere Road, Agaga Road linking Ugborikoko in Uvwie, Odibo Extension and Temple Cole Street, all in Igbudu Ward, Warri.
