According to a statement bythe Publisher/Managing Editor, Mr. Femi Odonmeta, the Executive Governor ofDelta State, Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan is expected to grace the occasion asSpecial Guest of Honour and the National President of the Christian Associationof Nigeria, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor will be the Spiritual Father of the Day.
The statement adds that theevent billed for Saturday November 26, at King George V Centenary Hall in WarriSouth Council Sub-Secretariat will be chaired by Delta State Commissioner forAgriculture and Natural Resources, Hon. (Barr.) Misan Ukubeyinje, while theWarri Monarch, His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse II (CON), The Olu of Warri will bethe Royal Father of the Day.
Renowned Warri based Medicaland Lagal Practitioner, Dr. Omiwere-Ete George Boyo will deliver this year’sAnnual Lecture titled: “Service and Commitment as Indispensable Factor ofDevelopment” Chief and Business magnate, Chief E. A. Temile will be Father ofthe Day.
Mr. Odonmeta also noted thatDelta State Commissioner for Information, Barr. Chike Ogeah will be amongdistinguished Deltans expected to spice up the occasion as Guest ofHonour.
