A man believedto be about 40years old on Monday November 14 allegedly raped a young girl ofabout 6years old in Warri, Delta State, FreshAngle reliably gathered.
The manpopularly known as Ekpoko was caughtin the act when he was allegedly fingering the baby (names withheld). As at thetime OurSenior Correspondent arrived the scene, members of the self acclaimedexecutive of the community youth to which Ekpokois a signatory had already beaten him to near unconsciousness.
Our Senior Correspondent can alsoreport that the parents of the girl who reside at Dimony street, off Karien, Ojabugbe streetvowed to tackle the suspect in court. One other thing this self acclaimedyouths do in this area is shielding the truth from getting into the hands of thepolice and other law enforcement agents and unless drastic measures are takenthis kind of act will continue unabated in this area.
