The Minister of Transport, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi, says free rides on the Lagos - Ibadan Standard Gauge Rail Line, will begin today, Saturday November 30 and run through March 2020.
The Minister who made the disclosure in the wee hours of today via his verified twitter handle, enjoined commuters on the route to take advantage of it and save transportation during the yuletide and beyond.
According to the former Rivers State Governor, the take -off point of the free rides, will be Iju, saying: " Let's ride to the Next Level".
