Dr. Uroye, a former Secretary to Warri South Local Government had donated books and other writing materials to pupils of Igbogidi Primary Scholl, Igbogidi in Udu Local Government Area also in Delta State.

Making the presentation to the three Warri South Local Government Area Schools Thursday November 23, the ex-Warri South Council Boss explained, “it is my passion for education that has endeared me to support educational development in the area. The distribution of the notebooks is my own little way of boosting teaching, learning as well as lifting the burden of buying of notebooks from parents”.

While thanking God for giving him the ability to add three more schools to the existing school that have benefited from his educational largesse, Dr. Uroye admonished the benefiting pupils and students to take their studies seriously so as to guarantee a brighter future in life.

Principal of Erejuwa Secondary School, Ode-Itsekiri, Mrs. Agbejule Alero who responded on behalf of the beneficiaries, thanked Dr. Uroye for the gesture and appealed to other indigenes of the area to follow suit.
