Early morning raid today, Saturday November 6, by dare devil armed robbers along the busy NPA Expressway by Ekpan in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, reportedly forced a truck loaded with about 3,000 bottles of drink to derail and plunged into a dish near Cyprian Hotel, causing heavy gridlock.
It was gathered that the truck driver lost control, when he discovered armed robbers blocked the expressway with their car, flashing touch light.
When Our Senior Correspondent passed through the scene after the suspected robbery incident, efforts were ongoing to clear the truck from the dish and ease up traffic flow as no one could tell what happened during the robbery incident.
