A total of 247 COVID - 19 infections, have been recorded in Nigeria within the last 24 hours, Fresh Angle International can report.
This much, was disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, in its update published few minutes ago via its twitter handle.
According to the disease surveillance Agency, Lagos State recorded 203 new infections, the Federal Capital Territory had 17 cases, while Rivers, Cross River and Kano states, reported 14, 12 and one infections, respectively.
With the latest infections reported by the NCDC, Nigeria now has 256,958 confirmed cases, 250,177 discharged and 3,144 deaths.
Since the cold weather condition being experienced across the country, COVID - 19 cases have been on the rise lately.
