A former Director-General of Delta State Direct Labour Agency, DLA, Comrade Igbini Odafe Emmanuel has described the fight against corruption and looting of Nigeria’s Commonwealth as the real terror war the country must urgently tackle.
Comrade Igbini made the declaration Monday March 21 in Effurun, Delta State, during meritorious award by a Non-Governmental Organization, Vanguard for Transparent Leadership and Democracy, VATLAD.
Comrade Igbini opined that for the federal government to fight corruption effectively, the Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation, NNPC would have to be seriously sanitized and restructured.
He called on the federal government and labour unions to synergize properly in the fight against corruption.

In his remark, the World President of Junior Chamber International, JCI, Paschal Dike urged Nigerian youths to shun violence, corruption and other social vices that are inimical to their lives and the laws of the country.
Our Senior Correspondent reports that Dike who is the first Nigerian and second black-man to become the World President of JCI after 100 years of its existence, promised to work towards the eradication of the negative image of Nigeria abroad.
The Area Commander, Warri Area Command of the Nigeria Police, Assistant Commissioner of Police Mohammed Mu’azu, appealed to Nigerian leaders to stop the looting of public funds, just as he enjoined members of the public to provide adequate information to the Police to aid them in rapidly responding to distress situations.
