Benin Electricity Distribution Company, BEDC, has alerted of planned power outage in parts of Sapele, Abraka, Adeje, Mosogar and Woodland from May 4 to May 17, Fresh Angle International, can report.
A statement obtained this afternoon, Thursday May 2 from the X handle of BEDC, revealed that the imminent outage, is as a result of crucial maintenance work on Delta/Benin 132KV line, to be carried out by the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN.
According to BEDC, the maintenance work will be carried out on the Abraka 33KV Feeder, Adeje 33kv Feeder, Industrial 33kv Feeder, Mosogar 33kv Feeder, Sapele(Sapele) 33kv Feeder and Woodland 33kv Feeder.
