Comrade Esiategiwa Mino, has been elected new President of National Association of Itsekiri Graduates, NAIG worldwide.
Esiategiwa, emerged the new leader of Itsekiri graduates Saturday June 29, when he polled 29 votes to narrowly defeat Comrade Omoruwa Anthony, who garnered 26 votes.
Our Principal Correspondent, who covered the election held at NAIG Secretariat in Warri, Delta State, reports that the exercise was witnessed by BoT members of NAIG and past presidents of the association.

Comrade Esiategiwa Mino, in his acceptance remarks, promised to uphold the aims and objectives of the Itsekiri graduates' body.
Comrade Mino commended the electoral committee members, BoT, the Petition Committee headed by Comrade Joshua Ghereje and NAIG members who participated in the polls, promising them to hit the ground running, immediately his leadership is inaugurated.
Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Comrade Esimaje Richard Ejueyitsi, appreciated the BoT, members of the committee and the electorates for their maturity and cooperation during and after the election, which was adjudged the most peaceful election conducted in the history of NAIG.

Comrade Oritseneye Frederick, scored 37 votes to emerge Vice President - elect, defeating Ellis Bibi, who garnered 18 votes.

Former Presidents of NAIG who witnessed the election are; Mr. Tony Omabuwa, Barr. Rex Ireyefoju and Dr. Martins Ajueyitsi Otuedon.
