The Chairman of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Warri South Local Government Council chapter, Comrade Raymond Emiko, says the two secretariats of the council, health centres and markets controlled by the council, are fully operational today, Thursday August 1.
Comrade Emiko, who spoke exclusively to Fresh Angle International at the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri, said normal administrative services by staffers of the council are ongoing and feelers across the city, indicate absolute peace and gradual take off of socio - economic activities.
He disclosed that arrangements were being perfected for the swearing - in of Supervisors for the Council by 12 noon today.
When Our Correspondent went round the various offices in Warri South Council, the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro, flanked by his Vice, Hon. Kingsley Edafiajebre, was sighted performing his routine responsibility of delivering grassroots governance.
