Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has called on people of Warri Federal Constituency to guide their utterances, as it relates to the controversial ward and unit delineation report recently released by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Governor Oborevwori, handed down the warning Wednesday May 28, at Delta State House of Assembly Complex in Asaba, shortly after reading his ‘state-of-the-state address’ before members of the Delta State House of Assembly.
Fresh Angle International, can report that the governor, spoke in apparent reaction to potentially explosive conventional, new and social media vituperations from some Itsekiri, Ijaw and Urhobo stakeholders within Warri Federal Constituency and beyond.
He stated: “To my people in Warri Federal Constituency, I am a governor for all Deltans. Let’s guide our utterances. I be Warri brought up and I stay in Warri.
“You said I haven’t spoken on the ward delineation by INEC, now I have spoken, allow the relevant government agencies to do their work.”
