A renowned philanthropist, Ambassador Coach Gabriel Abinu, has extended his condolences to the Governor of Kogi State, Ahmed Usman Ododo, over the passing of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momoh Sani Ododo.
 
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Amb. Abinu described the late Alhaji Ododo as “a father whose wisdom, compassion, and love for his family and the people of Kogi State will forever be remembered.”
 
According to him, the late elder statesman’s guidance and counsel contributed greatly to shaping the lives of many and by extension, the modern Kogi State.
 
“I want to commiserate with the people’s servant, His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, at this moment of grief following the demise of his beloved father and elder statesman, Alhaji Ahmed Momoh Sani Ododo,” he said.
 
He added“We have lost a man who sacrificed his life for the peace, unity, and stability of Kogi State. His love for his people was unquestionable, and his legacy will continue to inspire generations. As he joins his Maker, may Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings, accept his good deeds, and grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus.”
 
Ambassador Abinu further prayed for the Governor, his family, and the entire Ododo clan. “At this painful moment, I ask Almighty Allah to grant Governor Ododo, his family, and indeed the entire Ododo household the strength to bear this irreparable loss with courage and fortitude.”
 
Our Kogi State Correspondent, reports that the late Alhaji Ahmed Momoh Sani Ododo, a respected community leader, is survived by children and grandchildren, including Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
