2027: Slater wins Labour Party ticket for Warri Federal Constituency

Emerging grassroots political force, Slater Omeresan Christopher, has won Labour Party ticket for Warri Federal Constituency, ahead of the 2027 elections.

Our Co Publisher/ Managing Editor, reports that Slater emerged Labour Party candidate, after polling 3,500 votes during the party's primary held Saturday May 30 at Ojojo Primary School, Warri.

The Labour Party House of Representatives candidate, who spoke to newsmen, after his emergence, thanked the party faithful for their support, describing the primary as peaceful.

Whilst stating that the people of Warri Federal Constituency, has been suffering from lack of good governance for a very long time, the House of Representatives hopeful, assured of legislation that would promote quality education in Warri Federal Constituency, if given the mandate to represent the constituency come 2027.

Slater, promised to work with the state and local governments, in the promotion of quality education and acquisition of skills, just as he assured of women empowerment.

Fresh Angle International can report that the party's Presiding Officer, Comrade Peres Joseph Doyah, also assured of Labour Party's philosophy of enhancing quality education at all times.

Delta State Labour Party chairman, Hon. Imoto Mirabel Erhire, charged Slater not to disappoint Warri Federal Constituents, if elected In the forthcoming polls.

Delta South Labour Party chairman, Comrade Gbenewei Sylvanus Baba, had encouraged party faithful, prior to commencement of the primary, to work for Slater.
