Traffic situation in parts of Warri such as NPA Expressway by Ugbuwangue, Ekurede Itsekiri, Ogunu Road, Energy Link Road, Ajamimogha Road and Warri Sapele Road leading to the Main Market Warri, was chaotic before 2pm Friday December 21, as security details restricted vehicular movement in preparation for the visit of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to Palace of The Olu of Warri and implementation of Tradermoni programme in select-markets in the Oil City of Warri, Delta State.
