Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai has made history by signing the state’s 2020 budget, with N184.1bn (71%) allocated as capital expenditure, while recurrent expenditure is to gulp N75.14bn
Fresh Angle International understands that the Kaduna State House of Assembly increased the budget size to N259.25bn, up from the N257.9bn in the draft budget that was presented by Dr. Hadiza Balarabe on October 15, this year.
Capital expenditure on Education and Health, constitute N75.44bn of the entire N184.1bn capital budget, while capital spending on Infrastructure and Housing will take N68.5bn
