2027: Ashima backs Oborevwori, Onowakpo, Ereyitomi, Uduaghan

Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Festus Ashima, has thrown his weight behind the candidacy of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, the Senator Representing Delta South at the National Assembly, Joel Thomas Onowakpo and the Member Representing Warri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi.

The Warri North Local Government Boss, has also pledged to support the All Progressives Congress, APC candidate for Warri North Constituency Seat in Delta State House of Assembly, Orode Uduaghan and other APC Candidates.

Hon. Ashima, particularly commended Governor Oborevwori for what he described as his uncommon transformation of Delta State, through the MORE Agenda " visible across the state."

He listed the massive road infrastructure, health care improvement, empowerment of women and youths, creating opportunities for all, realistic reforms as well as enhanced peace and security in the state, as some of the reasons Deltans should back Oborevwori's re - election bid 

The Warri North Local Government Chief Executive, also hailed Governor Oborevwori for increasing the State IGR, GDP as well as creating jobs for Deltans, by providing the enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

Hon. Ashima called on Warri North residents, Delta South residents and Warri Federal Constituents to vote for APC Senator Onowakpo, Chief Ereyitomi, Orode Uduaghan and other APC Candidates in the 2027 general elections.

He expressed confidence that the performance of Governor Oborevwori in the last three years, would guarantee victory for the APC.
