Authorities of Warri South Local Government Council on Saturday April 28 presented a refurbished Hilux Van to Police at ‘A’ Division, Warri, Delta State.
Fresh Angle International gathered that the decision by the council executive to repair the van which belongs to the Police ‘A’ Division, Warri was informed by a request when officers of the Division paid courtesy call on Chairman of Warri South Local Government, Hon. Michael Tidi when he assumed duty.
Speaking before the handover at the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri, Hon. Tidi explained that the essence was to beef up security in Warri metropolis and boost investors’ confidence in the Oil City.
The DPO of Police ‘A’ Division Warri, CSP Kelvin Zuokumor thanked the Warri South executive for the gesture and assured that the vehicle will be put to good use.
