Why we will vote for Edema, Lori declares

Foremost female community leader in Esisi Ward,Warri South Local Government Area, Madam Yemi Lori says women, men and youths of Okere cum Esisi Ward will vote for the immediate past chairman of Warri South Local Government, Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema as the next Warri South Constituency 1 representative "because we don't want to sell pure water and do other small business that are not profitable".                     

Madam Lori who was among other prominent leaders of Peoples Democratic Party that publicly affirmed their support for Hon. Edema's 2019 legislative ambition, made the declaration Sunday August 12 in Warri, when the former Warri South Chairman who's popularly known as Man of God, MOG, formally declared intention to PDP leaders in his own Esisi Ward.                       

Other top leaders of the party such as the ward chairman,Mr. Peter Tidi, Pa Scott Uweaja and Pa Dandi Idundun, prayed for Hon. Edema and assured him of their support.                 

The Director-General of Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema Campaign Organization, Hon. Kingsley Tenumah in an earlier remark, enumerated some achievements of Hon. Edema as Special Project Director of Warri High Court and two-time chairman of Warri South Local Government Area.                        

According to Tenumah,people of other wards in Warri South have always respected political office holders from Esisi Ward because of their performances in office.                   

Hon. Edema in his brief,noted that it was imperative to start his legislative project by first formally informing members of his ward, before moving to the party local government area secretariat Thursday August 16.                    

He canvassed for the usual home support and assured that like before, he will never disappoint in terms of people -driven quality representation.

Bawo Alex Nana as well as serving and past councilors of Warri South Council Legislative Arm were among PDP chieftains that accompanied Hon. Edema to Esisi Ward, where he was received by large gathering of party faithful.
