Okowa: Issuance of Certificate of Return, assurance of greater Delta -Tidi

Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, says the issuance of Certificate of Return to Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and his Deputy, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Wednesday March 27, is assurance of the emergence of a greater Delta State.                                 

Dr. Tidi who made the declaration shortly after INEC issued Certificate of Return to Governor Okowa and his Deputy, Barr. Otuaro, asserted that the seamless transition about to be experienced by Deltans in Dr. Okowa's second tenure, will guarantee consolidation of infrastructural, human capital, educational, Agricultural, health as well as socio-economic development across the 25 local government areas in Delta State.                               

The Warri South Local Government Boss, equally felicitated with the legislators -elect for Warri South Constituency 1 and 2, Dr. Augustine Uroye and Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru respectively, expressing optimism that the duo will provide people-driven and quality representation for Warri South Constituents in line with Dr. Okowa's SMART agenda.                                     

While calling on people of Warri South Local Government Area to join hands with the Okowa administration in the resolve to take Delta State to enviable heights, Dr. Tidi congratulated re-elected Delta South Senator, James Manager and the legislator - elect for Warri Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi for receiving their Certificate of Return as well.
