59th Independence: Uroye preaches peaceful coexistence

The Chairman, House Committee on Health in Delta State House of Assembly, Dr. Augustine Uroye, has called on Deltans, particularly people of Warri South Constituency 1, to continually coexist irrespective of their ethnic and religious differences.                                
The lawmaker who made the call in a goodwill message to mark Nigeria's 59th Independence Anniversary, emphasised that tolerance and peaceful coexistence among the people, are vital ingredients for creating enabling environment for business and good governance to thrive.                          
 
Dr. Uroye, who was a one- time Secretary to Warri South Local Government, assured that as Chairman House Committee on Health in the State House of Assembly, he will ensure that appropriate legislation is initiated always, to boost primary and secondary healthcare delivery across Delta State.                        
 
He also stated that the necessary over- sight would be carried out consistently in the health ministry, so as to ensure that the civil service class in the state, works in sync with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa's pursuit of a Stronger Delta State.
