Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, says the embarrassing refuse dumps all over Rivers State, is the handiwork of the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC, Fresh Angle International can report.
Wike, who made the shocking statement in a tweet few minutes ago, said the intent was to rubbish his administration.
“The refuse dumps all over Rivers State is the handiwork of the opposition APC to rubbish my administration. But they have failed already”, Governor Wike, alleged.
