Though information was still sketchy as at the time of this report, Fresh Angle International can report that an Uvwie Chief identified as Esalemo Soja has slumped and died.
According to feelers from Ugborikoko Community in Uvwie Local Government Area, the Uvwie Chief died at about 3am Friday April 15 when a faction of Ugborikoko youth invaded the community in the wee hours purportedly with the assistance of the Police and shot sporadically.
Unconfirmed report says the invasion took people of the community by storm and it was attempt to arrest the deceased after huge scare that led to his death, even as some persons were said to have been arrested.
Ugborikoko and Ekpan Communities in Uvwie Local Government Area have been experiencing leadership crisis for months now and residents of both communities have been living in fear as a result of endless shootings, particularly at nights.
