But for the timely intervention of the armed escort of Commander, 61 Nigeria Airforce, NAF Detachment, Air Commodore Sani Zakari, the fate of four unidentified women who crashed into a 10 metre deep ditch along Agbor-Asaba Expressway by Ubulu-Okiti, Delta State, would probably have been more gory, Fresh Angle International can exclusively report.
The four women, three of whom are fat, reportedly fell into the dish at about 8:35am on Monday May 9 when a gang of armed robbers barricaded the Agbor-Asaba Expressway, robbing unsuspecting motorists. The ditch was covered by over-grown weeds along the median of the road.
A Red Camry Car with registration member Lagos JJJ 185 DD owned by one Ebose Patience also veered off into the dish while trying to avoid the hoodlums.
Fresh Angle International gathered that it was the siren of the armed escort of Air Commodore Sani Zakari that scared the hoodlums from the robbery scene. The gunmen allegedly stopped no fewer than 20 vehicles heading to Asaba and returning from the Delta State Capital.

The Police Officer identified simply as Richard
A competent source told Our Correspondent that the Airforce Commander ordered his escort to stop-over at the scene, apparently to confront the bandits who flew into the nearby bush. It was during combing of the area that the Airforce Commander who we gathered was heading to Asaba for a crucial meeting, discovered four women inside the 10-metre deep ditch, one of the women was said to have sustained injury on her forehead as a result of the abrupt fall.
Your Soar Away International Tabloid also learned that while the Airforce escort search party was on-going, an unidentified Army Brigade Commander heading to Asaba from Benin City, Edo State also made a stop-over before a Police Officer identified simply as Mr. Richard arrived the scene and Air Commodore Zakari allegedly handed over further investigation on the matter to him.
It was gathered that the four female victims were rescued from the ditch with a ladder on the request of Air Commodore Sani Zakari.
